Nan

An Indian flat bread often flavored with garlic or onions

Napoleon

A traditional French dessert made with puff pastry and crème pattissiere

Neat

A bar term meaing no ice or mixers added to the drink.

Negroni

An alcoholic beverage similar to a Martini. It is made with Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth

New York Steak

Also know as strip loin or New York Strip this loin cut is known for it's deep rich flavors

Niciose

A term refering either to a French slad with tuna, haricot vert, anchovies, eggs, potatoes and olives or simply the olive

Noisette

This is the French word for "Hazelnut". It also can refer to a browned lamb loin or browned butter (beurre noisette)
