When planning your menu for a wedding reception, it's customary to offer your guests a choice of entrees. Since those in attendance will surely have varying tastes and dietary restrictions, most hosts choose to offer two or three different dishes. At Event Solutions, we'll help you design a menu that will meet all of your guests' desires.

White meat makes an excellent choice for your second dish. People who want something less hearty than a steak will often find chicken or fish to their liking. Since many people choose this kind of option out of taste, be sure to keep this entree light and pleasant, and avoid thick sauces or overpowering flavors.

Finally, be sure to always offer a vegetarian option. If at all possible, try to make this vegan as well, so that any guest has something to enjoy. Pasta primavera, stir-fry, couscous, and quinoa are all flavorful ways to make sure that your vegetarian guests can eat more than just salad!
